Annual Season Ticket Application Form

I wish to apply for an annual season ticket valid at all HMFF waters.

Season ticket valid from date of purchase for 1 year only.

I agree that I am only allowed to fish from Dawn to Dusk.

I agree to abide by all rules as stated on the notice board and understand
that should I break any of the rules my season ticket will be withdrawn.

Night fishing Must be pre-booked at the discount rate of:- £8 per night.

I under stand that there may be occasions when eg for maintenance /
matches etc some waters may not be available.

The season ticket is not transferable and must be kept with you on all
occasions you fish.

Tickets must still be completed on every occasion you fish.
